Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- Mike write text for contract to complete IBISCHK message help.
  - In progress.

IBISCHK 6.1.3 testing:
- Mike: The new ibischk adds a "./" to the file identification.
  BEFORE: E5504 (line  351) - Code file SomeModel.linux.so could not be processed. Is it a valid code file for the platform ?
  AFTER:  W5600 (line  351) - Unable to load code file:  ./SomeModel.linux.so: undefined symbol: __gxx_personality_v0
- Bob: People will understand what it means.
- Mike: We could issue ibischk as-is for now and file a new bug for it to change
    in the future.
- We agreed to issue the current ibischk6.
- Bob: I will ask Atul for the invoice for $3,800.
  - He usually delivers the message list after invoicing.
